Senior Software Security Engineer - 24+ Months - Eindhoven - Medior/Senior - On-Site / Hybrid

Required Experience:

• Deep experience in enterprise and hybrid cloud security (e.g. IAM)

• Strong understanding of security controls, secure design patterns, audit readiness

• Experience with secure developer environments: Build, CI/CD, SCM, Workplace services

• Familiar with export controls and high-security design principles

• Coaching/mentoring cross-functional DevSecOps teams

• Hands-on with Bazel, GitHub ES, GitHub Actions, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Experience with secure embedded software (C/C++/Python) and RHEL (nice to have)

• Background in Software Engineering or related field

Good to have:

• Experience working in engineering environments

• Experience migrating to secure development pipelines

• DevSecOps certification or training

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Security-by-Design mindset with results-oriented delivery
