Senior Software Engineer (Rust) - Backend, Equity, London

Understanding Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a fast-growing UK startup to recruit a Senior/Principal Software Engineer. The role is on-site in London with equity on offer and a total package up to £150,000.

Candidates may bring backend strength in Rust, and the team also works with TypeScript and React on the frontend, hiring for technical acumen over specific language experience. High-throughput systems, event-sourced architectures, and unified event models are valued.
