Spanish fluency is optional, but good English is required.
️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ️
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency with Java or .NET for backend development.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot for at least 1 year, including understanding its pros and cons and usage guidelines.
- Solid knowledge of software architecture patterns and version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and DevOps processes.
- Proven experience in guiding technical teams rather than direct code development.
- Good English communication skills; Spanish fluency is optional but a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Guide 50 Technical Leads in DevOps processes using Azure DevOps.
- Explain technical steps, monitor progress, maintain the repository of evidences, and report on advancements.
- Provide hands-on knowledge and best practices related to GitHub Copilot usage within the team.
- Act as a hybrid technical leader and coach, combining expertise in software development with team teaching and mentoring.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies related to software engineering and DevOps.
