Senior Soft FM Assurance & Transformation Lead

Landmarc is seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead the development, assurance and transformation of Soft FM services across the Defence Training Estate in the UK. The role focuses on governance, compliance and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of services.

It spans over 9,000 assets across 200,000 hectares and requires strong stakeholder management, CAFM system expertise and the ability to drive national service delivery with BPSS/SC clearance pathways.
