Salary: 35LTD or 28.11 PAYE

Are you a skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker ready to take on a meaningful role within a dedicated team? We are currently recruiting for an outstanding professional to join our Children and Families Trust in Bradford, where your work will have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children and their families.
About the Role As a Senior Social Worker, you will be a key member of the Children and Families Trust team, delivering high-quality services and leading by example in effective social work practice. This role involves assessment, planning, and the implementation of tailored interventions to meet the needs of children and families-ensuring safety, stability, and support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assessments & Interventions
    Conduct thorough assessments and deliver impactful interventions that support children and families.
  • Multi-Agency Collaboration
    Work closely with professionals in health, education, and the voluntary sector to ensure coordinated care.
  • Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers.
  • Practice Leadership
    Demonstrate expertise and act as a role model in delivering best practice across the team.
  • Policy Contribution
    Support the development and implementation of service procedures and policies.
  • Team Engagement
    Participate in team meetings and contribute to shared service goals and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
  • Proven experience in child and family social work
  • Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills
  • A collaborative and solution-focused approach
  • Passion for safeguarding and improving outcomes for children
