Senior Social Work Practitioner, CDNT

St. Michael's House in Dublin is seeking a Professionally Qualified Senior Social Work Practitioner to join the Coolock CDNT.

You will support children and their families with complex needs arising from disabilities, working within the Children's Disability Network Team. The post is permanent and full-time, with home and preschool/school visits, and opportunities to mentor staff and deliver high quality, family-centred services in line with Progressing Disability Services (PDS) principles.
