Senior SLT Lead for LD/Autism - 32h/wk

Cygnet Group is seeking a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to lead an evidence-based SLT service across North East residential settings. You will join a team of 50+ SLTs and train/supervise others within the Social Care division, contributing to service development and research opportunities.

The role offers strong clinical supervision, a collaborative MDT environment, and opportunities to influence care pathways for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
