Senior Site Manager, Waste Facilities

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Site Manager for the two HWRC sites in Chorley and Haslingden. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a team of permanent staff and temporary helpers, and report to the Operations Manager (HWRCs).

Aligned with council policies, you will deliver safe, compliant services, drive improvements, and cover other sites as required while maintaining customer service standards and staff welfare.
