Senior Site Manager (Residential)

Senior Site Manager (Residential) North Dublin €85-90k + Transport/Car Allowance + Bonus, pension. Required for a well-established residential developer undertaking large housing project in North Dublin. Role • Sequencing and production management of key trade subcontractors with a focus on building envelope and groundworks • Liaising with the site engineering and design team to ensure early resolution of technical bottlenecks • Overseeing workmanship to ensure adherence to quality standards • Working with the logistics manager to ensure site setup and materials management supports the safe and efficient execution of the works programme • Near-term look-ahead works programming, liaising with key stakeholders as required ie: public utilities, local authority • The role will also support the PM across all aspects of project delivery, offering a pathway towards Project and Contracts Management Contact (url removed) for info or call (phone number removed) to discuss
