Senior Site Manager - Mullingar

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team on a new build residential development in Mullingar. This role will suit candidates who have previously worked on large scale residential projects in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Check plans, drawings and supervise subcontractors across the project.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.
• Oversee quality control and safety matters on the site and ensure that regulations are adhered to.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or trade background.
• At least 7+ years' experience working for main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
• Experience working on residential projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
• Computer literate.
• Good knowledge of safety and quality management.
