Senior Site Manager: Lead £100M Student Housing Project

3D Personnel, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead a £100M student accommodation project in Shoreditch. You will report to the Contracts Manager/Project Manager and guide on-site operations.

The role requires a degree or HND in construction, several years' experience, CDM knowledge, and a valid CSCS card. You will manage subcontractors, control costs, and ensure safety and quality on site.
