Senior Site Manager: Design & Build, On Site Leadership

Galliford Try is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead construction activities across sites in the Cardiff and Swansea region. You will coordinate design and build packages, manage safety, quality, and schedule, and drive delivery with effective leadership of a multi discipline team.

Based in or around Cardiff with travel across the region, you will oversee procurement, on-site performance and training of junior staff, ensuring projects meet budget and specification requirements.
