- Provide strong leadership and guidance to site teams and managers, ensuring smooth, high performing daily operations.
- Monitor budgets, maximise revenue opportunities, and maintain high standards of customer service and profitability.
- Oversee maintenance of plant and machinery while championing safety, compliance, and best practice standards.
- Develop motivated teams and foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and support the effective management of recycling and waste recovery activities.
- Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager or similar leadership role in waste treatment, production, or a similar operational environment.
- Experience leading and inspiring teams across multiple sites.
- COCT qualification in Treatment (highly desirable) and IOSH Managing Safely (or willingness to undertake training).
- NEBOSH General Certificate is advantageous but not essential - training will be provided where needed.
- Strong commercial awareness, good IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel), and a friendly, approachable leadership style.
