Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving on-site operations to ensure seamless progress against tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:- Support the PM in overseeing all site activities, including programming, resource allocation, and subcontractor management to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with design teams, clients, and supply chain partners to resolve issues proactively and mitigate delays.
- Implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement in construction methodologies.
- Report progress, KPIs, and challenges to the Project Manager, contributing to value engineering and cost efficiencies.
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale commercial projects with leading contractors.
- Strong proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modelling) for design coordination, clash detection, and 4D/5D integration.
- Expertise in RC (Reinforced Concrete) construction methodologies, including formwork, pouring, and curing processes.
- SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work certifications.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and conflict resolution.
