Senior Site Manager

Are you an enthusiastic Senior Site Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, who is on the verge of turning over £1 Billion, a Multi-Disciplinary Main Contractor, is looking for a Senior Site Manager with the drive to become a No.1.

This is a build project based on the south coast of England, with an industrial project valued at £100 Million and a strong pipeline for this international main contractor, which is already booked up to 2027.

Have you worked on projects of this size before and feel confident-perhaps within a Tier 1 Main Contractor?

The right individual will have the ability to support projects and report directly to the Project Manager.

Experience requirements:

• Industrial/Distribution experience desirable but not essential
• Strong Communication Skills
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage overall site performance
• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Report into Project Manager with programme updates
• Health & Safety reporting
• Review building practices to ensure compliance and meet forecast budgets
