You'll join a highly experienced team on a well-resourced site, taking full control of operations from groundworks through to final handover.

The Role - Senior Site Manager

• Managing day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with all building regulations and safety procedures
• Overseeing programme delivery and reporting to the Contracts Manager
• Maintaining high standards of quality across all trades
• Coordinating with suppliers, consultants, and internal teams

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in construction, ideally with a main contractor
• A proven track record delivering large-scale commercial, residential, or educational builds
• Excellent site leadership and organisational skills
• A relevant qualification in construction or a strong trade background
• A detailed understanding of site operations and construction standards
