Senior Site Manager - Lead High-Volume Housing

Places for People is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead on-site construction activities, delivering high-volume residential housing to the highest quality. You will oversee site teams, coordinate contractors and coordinate with Design, Commercial and Sales to drive programme performance.

You will ensure health and safety compliance, chair site meetings and monitor defects to agreed timescales, bringing extensive experience in managing large site teams and a full UK driving licence.
