Senior Site Manager - High-Volume Residential Developments

INFORM3 Recruitment is recruiting for a Main Contractor to appoint a Site Manager for a residential development in Drogheda. You will coordinate drawings, manage the programme, liaise with the Design Team and report to the Project and Contracts Managers.

We seek an experienced candidate with a Construction Management degree, 5+ years' experience on residential schemes in Ireland, and strong IT and leadership skills to drive high-volume deliveries on tight programmes.
