Senior Site Manager - 90-Unit Residential Development

Skilled Careers is seeking a Site Manager for a flagship 90-unit residential development in Witham, Essex. You will report to the Contracts Manager and take responsibility for on-site delivery, safety, programme, budget, and quality.

Requirements include proven site management experience in volume housebuilding, strong leadership, NHBC and building regulation knowledge, and qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid at Work, and a full UK driving licence.
