The Senior Site Acquisition Officer is responsible for handling all financial, legal, administrative and commercial aspects of the acquisition of sites to build mobile Tower antenna sites.
Skills and experience
The main interface for all public authorities and internally with site lease officers and internal departments like Engineering, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Strategy.
- Understand mobile network deployment activities (more specifically on the site building and site property aspects)
- Experience with Site Lease and rental agreements, negotiation
- experience of commercial negotiations with property owners
- SPOC for regulatory and permit issues with architects and public authorities
- Manage financials and forecasting reporting and budgets
