Senior Shift Leader - High-Volume Pub & Carvery

Walnut Tree Farm, part of Greene King, is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their busy pub in Nursling, Southampton. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead the team, uphold high standards and deliver the Farmhouse experience across busy shifts.

You'll coach staff, drive guest satisfaction and support day-to-day operations, helping to grow careers while ensuring smooth service, stock control and compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume site.
