Senior SH&W Manager - Major Rail Construction

EKFB is seeking a Senior Safety, Health and Wellbeing Manager to lead SHW across the Delivery Area in the Chipping Warden region. You will work with the Delivery Team to implement the EKFB SH&W Strategy and ensure milestones are met.

The role requires a degree in occupational safety and health, Chartered status, and proven experience on major construction projects. You will drive a positive SH&W culture, audit compliance, report on events, and coordinate with the central SHW function.
