The Senior Services Facilitator plays a key role in Beat's Services Directorate, ensuring that people affected by eating disorders are supported through timely access to the right programme. Acting as the first point of contact for service users, you will complete suitability assessments, coordinate support allocation, and manage your own caseload by directly delivering Beat's Support Programmes. You will also provide vital administrative support to the Services Leadership Team, including maintaining accurate records, contributing to reporting, and supporting effective contract delivery. Working closely with programme officers, clinical supervisors, and colleagues across Beat's Helpline, Volunteering, Co-Production and Training teams, you'll help deliver a seamless and high-quality service experience.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for service users and complete suitability assessments.
  • Coordinate support allocation and manage your own caseload by delivering Beat's Support Programmes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Services Leadership Team, including maintaining accurate records and contributing to reporting.
  • Support effective contract delivery and work closely with programme officers, clinical supervisors, and colleagues across Beat's teams to ensure a high-quality service experience.
