Senior Service Manager - Trauma-Informed Housing & Move-On

Homeless Link is seeking a Service Manager to lead operational delivery of LB Newham Core and Intensive Support Accommodation contracts. You will drive trauma-informed, person-centred support for residents with diverse needs, ensuring safety, stability and tenancy sustainment.

The role requires strong leadership, performance monitoring, and cross-agency collaboration to improve outcomes and value for money. On-call duties and occasional peak hours may apply.
