Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for Clients, Engineers, Contractors etc.
- Coordinate daily service desk operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and mentor junior service desk staff to enhance their skills.
- Oversee ticket management to ensure efficient resolution of client issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement within the service desk and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with management to implement new technologies and tools.
- Proven experience as a Service Desk Co-Ordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Electronic Security Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to challenges.
- Proficiency in using service desk software and tools.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members.
- A proactive attitude towards problem solving and continuous improvement.
