Senior Service Designer - Government & Public Services

Opencast is seeking a Service Designer to join a collaborative, purpose-driven team. You will connect people, processes and technology to improve how services are delivered, from high-profile public-facing work to behind-the-scenes systems, across multiple UK locations.

You'll lead projects, guide teams, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, while delivering inclusive, end-to-end service designs and evidence-based artefacts.
