What is in it for you:- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Basic + OTE up to £38,000
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break). Saturdays 08:00 - 13:00 on a 1-in-3 rota basis (Note: currently closed on Saturdays until further notice).

- Receiving customers and their vehicles in a friendly, professional manner, accurately discussing and confirming their service or repair requirements.
- Taking full ownership of the customer relationship throughout the entire lifecycle of their vehicle being in for maintenance or repair.
- Utilizing your strong organisational and methodical skills to manage bookings, workflow, and effective communication between clients and the workshop.
- Leveraging your sales skills to upsell complementary products, parts, and additional services that enhance customer safety and satisfaction.
This role is based in Maidstone, making it an easy commute from Rochester, Chatham, Tonbridge, and Aylesford.
