Duties of the Senior Service Advisor:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients attending the dealership
• Manage service appointments and work schedules efficiently
• Offer clear technical explanations and updates regarding vehicle repairs and servicing
• Build long-term customer relationships to promote retention
• Achieve sales targets through service upselling and additional repairs
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements of the Senior Service Advisor:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
