Senior Service Advisor - Lead Team, Bonus & Car Benefit

Cox Motor Group in Lancaster is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our busy team at Lancaster Volkswagen. You will lead a small service advisory team, greet customers, explain repair processes and book vehicles in, while driving workshop profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a clean full driving licence, at least 2 years in motor industry service advising, and prior supervisory experience.
