Job Description

As a Senior ServiceNow Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing our internal ServiceNow platform-strategically and technically-ensuring stability, security, and alignment with company-wide goals.

Responsibilities
  • Platform Architecture & Stability: Structure and oversee development and operations, own ServiceNow service architecture, analyze requirements and plan development work, and foresee and implement automation potential within the service portfolio (AI, Automation, etc.).
  • Platform Governance & Quality Management: Establish platform governance, standards, and QA frameworks; ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements; define and track SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs; conduct quality and performance reviews.
  • Platform Portfolio & Project Orchestration: Align platform initiatives with enterprise strategy, manage dependencies, risks, and resources; create and manage epics and stories for developers; oversee roadmap execution and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Management & Consulting: Communicate platform strategy and updates to C-level management, support decision making through consulting and preparation, manage escalations effectively, and align with leadership teams.
Qualifications
  • Degree in informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and at least 10 years of experience in managing enterprise IT platforms, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow or IT Service Management environments.
  • Passion for building and evolving enterprise service platforms, with deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Governance, and CMDB (Certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM/CSM/ITOM, ITIL Foundation, and SAFe Agile are a plus).
  • Expertise in platform governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes, combined with security best practices, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision making support in agile, cross functional environments.
  • Your way of working structured and proactive, paired with strong communication skills, a consulting mindset, and the ability to navigate confidently in complex, fast moving organizational settings!
