Senior SENCO (3 days/wk) - Lead SEND Provision

Teaching Tomorrow Ltd in Northampton is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead and develop high-quality SEND provision across the school. The role requires strategic leadership to ensure all pupils with additional needs receive outstanding support academically, socially and emotionally.

You will collaborate with staff, families and external agencies, develop EHCPs, provide training, monitor progress and report to senior leadership.
