Senior SENCO - Lead SEND Provision & Strategy

Engage Partners Limited is supporting a vibrant Tower Hamlets secondary school to appoint an experienced SENCO to join the leadership team from September 2026.

You will lead and develop SEND provision, coordinate EHCPs and annual reviews, embed inclusive teaching, coach staff and work with families and external agencies to raise outcomes for students with additional needs.

The role offers Leadership Scale dependent on experience within a collaborative, progressive culture.
