Senior SEN Casework Lead - EHCP & Appeals

Harrow Council is seeking a Senior Professional SEN Casework Officer to support the SEN Assessment and Review Service. The post holder will directly line manage CASEWORK OFFICERS, oversee EHCP quality and annual reviews, and handle complex cases including mediation.

You will influence funding decisions, delegate resource distribution to Harrow schools, and coordinate tribunal proceedings as required.
