Senior Scientist, GeMS: Cryopreservation & Colony Management

The Francis Crick Institute is seeking a Senior Laboratory Research Scientist (BRF GeMS) to lead genetic modification and cryopreservation services within the BRF. You will oversee delivery, drive service development and mentor laboratory staff, while collaborating with scientists across Crick and external partners.

The role combines hands-on practical work with leadership responsibilities, requiring a proactive approach to improve quality, efficiency and capabilities in cryopreservation,
