Senior Salesforce CSM - Signature Success Lead

Leadout Capital is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the Signature Success program for Salesforce customers. You will be the trusted advisor, coordinating deliverables, guiding renewals and expansion, and ensuring customers realize maximum value from their Salesforce investment.

This role requires deep Salesforce knowledge, 7+ years in technical customer success or related fields, and the ability to influence executives across IT and business teams.
