I'm partnered with a global consulting firm that's growing their CRM Strategy & Transformation practice. They're looking for senior CRM Architects and Consultants who want to design and deliver enterprise-wide digital transformations for some of the world's leading organisations.
If you're someone who thrives on shaping CRM roadmaps, advising C-level stakeholders, and architecting solutions across platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle, this could be a strong next step.

5-15 years' experience in IT architecture/CRM consulting, ideally in consumer goods, retail, or industrial sectors.
Deep hands-on knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, SAP CX, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM.
Strong experience integrating CRM with ERP, Data Lakes, Analytics (Tableau, Power BI) and other enterprise systems.
Solid understanding of modern architecture (cloud-native, API-led, CI/CD pipelines, event-driven patterns).
Excellent stakeholder management skills - you'll need to be credible with C-levels and tech teams alike.
English fluency is a must; French or Dutch is a bonus.
Experience with commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce) or integration tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).
A background in legacy integration and remediation.
