The RoleThis hire plays a key role in the next phase of Framen's UK growth, helping move from opportunistic wins to a more focused, repeatable revenue engine. This is a pure new-business, senior IC role based in London. You'll be responsible for driving new advertising revenue across agencies and brands, owning the full sales cycle end to end.
You'll work closely with the UK VP of Sales to help shape the go-to-market approach while remaining fully accountable for your own pipeline and revenue delivery.
The ideal candidate is a proven senior seller in OOH with deep agency relationships, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to operate autonomously in a scaling business. This role offers a competitive salary and commission structure, with the potential for career growth within the company.
Job requirements Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow new-business pipeline, converting opportunities into consistent monthly revenue.
Proactively prospect and win new clients across OOH agencies, major media agencies, and brands direct.
Pitch Framen to senior agency and client stakeholders, clearly articulating our value proposition.
Build tailored media plans aligned to client briefs and objectives.
Negotiate and close deals, typically ranging from £10k-£100k per month.
Collaborate closely with the UK VP of Sales on strategy, priorities, and target accounts.
Operate within a clearly defined sales framework, supported by CRM, ops, and cross-market collaboration.
Work cross-market with sales teams in other countries on international opportunities.
Stay up to date with market trends, agency structures, and competitive activity.
Represent Framen externally, building your personal profile and industry presence.
8+ years experience in advertising sales, ideally within OOH, DOOH, media owner, or ad tech environments.
Proven hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business.
Strong, active relationships across UK OOH and Big 6 agencies and/or relevant brand categories.
Confidence selling consultatively to senior stakeholders.
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
Collaborative by nature - willing to share learnings and support wider team success.
Native-level English; additional languages a plus.
Commercial, proactive, and outcome-driven.
Comfortable owning ambiguity and building structure where needed.
Strong communicator who manages expectations clearly and professionally.
Resilient, organised, and motivated by building something rather than inheriting it.
Build and maintain a healthy new-business pipeline across agencies and brands.
Help establish a clear, focused go-to-market rhythm for the UK team.
Consistently close high-quality, repeatable revenue.
