Job Description

Hotel President Geneve, a prestigious establishment located in the heart of Geneva, is seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join its sales team under the direction of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Your Mission:
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth. Your main tasks will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a Swiss and International client portfolio.
  • Actively prospecting new clients and expanding business opportunities both in Switzerland and internationally.
  • Proven experience in coordinating complex events with multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution within strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving client needs and expectations.
  • Contributing to the definition of the sales strategy and its implementation.
  • Collaborating closely with the Meetings & Events team to ensure client satisfaction and the success of client projects. Event management skills are an asset.
  • Analyzing market performance and commercial activities to maximize revenue.

Benefits

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a luxury hotel.

You are fluent in both French and English.

You are familiar with software tools such as Opera and MS Office.

You have a strong commercial sense, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for teamwork.

You are flexible, independent, and available for international travel.

Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality, with the ability to create tailored commercial offers and coordinate bespoke events.

You are organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
