Senior Sales Manager, Customer Growth & Retention

Mimecast Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Manager in Customer Development (Commercial) to lead a high-velocity, data-led upsell team across EMEA. You will coach Commercial Account Managers, drive revenue protection and growth, and oversee forecasting, pipeline reviews and disciplined CRM usage.

You'll manage cross-functional relationships, build territory plans with Channel/Partner teams, and report KPIs to leadership while maintaining an emphasis on talent development and customer
