We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager - Business Travel, to join Edwardian Hotels London.
OverviewAn amazing opportunity to join the Sales Team at Edwardian Hotels London as a Sales Manager - Business Travel.
Responsibilities- Perform a key role in driving business from corporate business travel and TMCs to achieve revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals.
- Proactively, strategically and efficiently manage direct corporate and 3rd party account portfolio associated with this sector.
- Maintain day to day business relationships with clients, both management and bookers, and develop new client relationships.
- Achieve year on year revenue increase from direct corporate accounts and 3rd party accounts to enhance profitability of contracted business.
- Lead and manage all sales activities linked to account portfolio and build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders through efficiency and industry knowledge.
- Expand the network of contacts and bookers, monitor competition and work on increasing share for all managed accounts.
- Conduct effective site inspections and presentations, business reviews with clients and produce accurate sales reporting using business analytics and reporting tools.
- Proven experience in a similar role with a good understanding of the corporate market.
- Ease at building relationships and effective communication.
- Ability to read and analyse business analytics data to form strategic future plans.
- Confidence to work under pressure in a high volume environment.
- Profound knowledge of the hotels and all of their facilities to provide the highest service levels.
