Salary: Up to £65k, £100k OTE
An established, high-growth technology business is expanding and is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in driving new business across the SME sector.

The RoleAs a senior member of the commercial team, you will:
- Drive acquisition of high-value SME customers
- Manage end-to-end SaaS sales cycles (from prospecting through to close)
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Conduct deep discovery using structured methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)
- Build compelling ROI-driven proposals and business cases
- Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline using CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams
- Represent the business at industry events, webinars, and forums
- Contribute to sales strategy and team development
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales
- Consistent overachievement of revenue targets
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles
- Strong understanding of MEDDPICC or similar frameworks
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and presentation skills
- A proactive, new business "hunter" mindset
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or fleet solutions (advantageous, not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
