Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our business - someone with proven experience in a professional sales environment who understands the value of structure, consistency, and standards.

This role is not about doing things "your own way." It is about working within a clear framework, following defined processes, and delivering strong, repeatable results as part of a wider team.

You will be a sales professional who:

• Has experience in a structured sales environment (industry background not critical)
• Understands the importance of process, compliance, and consistency
• Is comfortable working to clear enquiry handling, follow-up, and appointment standards
• Takes pride in mastering the fundamentals and executing them every day
• Is commercially aware while remaining customer-focused
• Is coachable, receptive to feedback, and aligned with team expectations

You don't need to be loud or showy.

You do need to be disciplined, professional, and reliable.
