Senior Sales Executive

The Role:

This is a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity for a motivated Senior Sales Executive to join a high-performing, supportive team within a growing, trusted business. Working from a modern office within commutable distance of Burnley, you'll be responsible for generating new B2B customers through proactive outbound calls.

You'll work closely with fleet operators to introduce them to a market-leading suite fuel solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to card issuance and onboarding-and provide six months of follow-up account management to maximise usage and customer satisfaction (making commission in this time on fuel spend within your account base!).

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, brings resilience and positivity to the team, and can confidently hold value-driven conversations with decision-makers.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Senior Sales Executive position:

Minimum of 12 months telesales experience

Strong rapport builder with confident telephone communication

Target-driven with excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail

Positive team player who leads by example and encourages others

Comfortable working in a high-activity, KPI-focused environment

The Package for Senior Sales Executive:

£28,000 basic salary

Uncapped monthly commission - realistic OTE £40,000+
