The Team: EMEA New Business Development team is focused on maximizing profitable company sales revenue through new business from new logos and existing accounts within EMEA.
The Impact: This role will focus on generating sales revenue growth within the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:
- The Senior Sales Executive, within the EMEA Automotive Sales Original Equipment Suppliers (OES) team, will execute against sales goals, including accurate forecasting and revenue attainment. This includes qualifying and disqualifying opportunities, identifying customer needs, delivering executive perspectives, presenting solutions to new customers, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, closing business promptly, and understanding S&P Global Mobility's value proposition.
- Own a specific set of named accounts (mainly automotive suppliers) within the EMEA Automotive sales region and drive revenue growth across S&P Global Mobility to meet or exceed expectations.
- Build a network with key decision makers to expand relationships and create opportunities for sales of products, services, and consulting engagements.
- Monitor performance to plan and adjust sales initiatives to penetrate the market.
- Create and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, generating leads from face-to-face needs discovery calls and inbound leads from marketing and events.
- Provide monthly forecasts with high accuracy to create visibility of revenue trends and actions to drive revenues to plan.
- Understand the product sales cycle and competitive strategies to refine sales approaches.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience selling complex enterprise solutions to automotive suppliers.
- Proven success in negotiating and closing large and complex sales with strong client relationships.
- Ability to uncover needs and buying processes at private and multinational companies.
- Skills in consultative and value selling with a deep understanding of client needs and goals.
- Experience developing and implementing growth strategies that leverage partnerships and adaptable approaches to compete in markets.
