Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator - i FLY UK

  • Reports to: International Commercial Director - Europe
Mission

As Senior Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for growing and managing the B2B and eventssegment for i FLY UK. Your role is both strategic and operational, contributing directly to revenuegrowth, customer satisfaction, and brand visibility. You will be a key player in driving group sales(corporate, filming companies, ), managing leads and bookings, and ensuring successful eventdelivery across the UK sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new B2B and event-based business opportunities (corporate events, teambuilding, etc.)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients across sectors
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales (in-person, phone, email, online)
  • Create and negotiate quotes, proposals, and contracts
    Coordinate internal resources to execute group events from A to Z
  • Event Coordination
    • Ensure smooth operational delivery of group experiences
    • Attend and represent i FLY at trade shows, workshops, and other promotional events
    • Animate the i FLY booth when required and engage proactively with visitors
    • Customer Experience & Front Desk Support (for Corporate)
    • Support the front-of-house team in welcoming and guiding guests
    • Be a brand ambassador, delivering a high standard of service and enthusiasm
  • Manage bookings and reporting through our online sales system (CRM)
  • Ensure accurate follow-up, data entry, and invoicing
  • Work closely with the UK Marketing and Commercial Director
  • Support marketing initiatives
Profile & Skills Required
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a sales-related role in leisure, tourism, events, or sports industries
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3 or higher)
  • Sales Tools: Proficient in MS Office, online booking systems, and CRM tools
  • Customer Focus: Outstanding interpersonal skills - friendly, dynamic, and highly customer-oriented
