As Senior Sales Controller, you are the financial sparring partner to the international sales organisation. You ensure that numbers are translated into insights that truly drive decisions.

What you'll do

  • Prepare sales and margin reports that provide direction to management and sales.

  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Advise and challenge sales and management with well-substantiated insights.

  • Set up KPIs and reporting (incl. Power BI, Bright Analytics, Excel).

  • Collaborate closely with demand planning, operations, and marketing.

  • Build business cases, assess risks, and identify opportunities.

  • Help further develop reporting structures and processes-there is ample room to build and improve.


  • Master's degree in Finance/Economics (or equivalent through experience).

  • 8-10 years of experience in controlling or business partnering (international exposure is a plus).

  • Strong communicator who can challenge sales constructively.

  • Analytical and proactive; able to bring structure in a changing environment.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.

  • Experience with ERP systems and BI tools, or eagerness to learn quickly.
