Senior Sales Associate, Old Bond Street

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working within a professional team, the role involves achieving sales targets through effective use of resources, retail, and CRM tools, and managing all aspects of the sales process while providing exclusive customer service in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities:

A. SALES

  • Achieve personal sales targets following brand retail strategies and comply with all regulations.
  • Maximize profitability while controlling costs.
  • Analyze missed sales to improve future projections.
  • Organize private viewings for VIP clients.
  • Develop and discuss business opportunities with management.
  • Create action plans to meet sales goals.

B. BRAND AMBASSADORSHIP

  • Maintain excellence within and outside the boutique.
  • Provide exceptional client service and welcome clients professionally.
  • Continuously learn about products and the brand to serve as a reference.
  • Demonstrate ambassadorial skills with clients, VIPs, and third parties.
  • Ensure the boutique's appearance aligns with brand standards.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and boutique setup.

C. CUSTOMER & CRM ACTIVITIES

  • Foster a positive and helpful atmosphere.
  • Engage proactively with VIP clients and manage orders.
  • Build genuine relationships with customers.
  • Recruit and maintain a VIP and prospect database.
  • Handle client complaints with care and report issues promptly.
  • Coordinate repairs and after-sales services.

D. STORE OPERATIONS

  • Participate in stocktaking and quality control.
  • Prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Manage replenishment and inventory requests.
  • Maintain and service boutique timepieces as needed.
  • Represent management during their absence.

E. FINANCIAL & CASH CONTROL

  • Follow procedures and legal regulations.
  • Handle credit card transactions and cash register operations.
  • Report opportunities or incidents promptly.
  • Share ideas to improve boutique operations.
  • Network effectively with nearby boutiques.

G. TEAMWORK

  • Share ideas and knowledge with team members and colleagues.
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior.
  • Assist colleagues during sales activities.
  • Participate in training and onboarding programs.
