Earnings: £45,000-£60,000+ OTE (excellent basic salary + bonuses + commission)

NCF is a fast-growing retailer with a excellent Trustpilot rating, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our Thurrock store. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and delivers outstanding customer service.

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years' retail sales experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
