About Role
We are looking for an experienced, driven, commercial professional who will accelerate business growth by identifying, establishing and expanding new commercial partnerships with pharmaceutical and life sciences organisations.
The role will require you to lead high-trust, consultative sales activities positioning Arcturis' real-world data (RWD) and real-world evidence (RWE) capabilities to deliver impact for clients.
You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborate cross-functionally to make a critical contribution to delivering the company's growth strategy.
You will have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating success in identifying and closing new business opportunities for RWD and / or RWE solutions within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities Sales Execution and Revenue Growth- Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities for Arcturis' RWD and RWE solutions across pharma and life sciences.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on biopharma organisations investing in RWD/RWE for clinical development, regulatory submissions, and commercialisation / market access.
- Own and deliver against annual sales targets through a consultative, solutions-led sales approach.
- Secure long-term revenue through the development of repeatable business opportunities / strategic engagements with clients.
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with key stakeholders, including executive decision-makers.
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor by anticipating client needs and aligning solutions to business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal scientific, technical, and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals that address critical client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy and opportunity identification.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce.
- Maintain high standards of pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline to support reporting and performance analysis.
- Demonstrate credibility as a subject matter expert in RWD and RWE by staying current with industry advancements.
- Represent the business at conferences and industry events, contributing to thought leadership where appropriate.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, consultative B2B environments.
- Significant experience identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with pharma/life sciences, and an existing network of pharma/life sciences contacts.
- Strong understanding of real-world data sources, RWE generation methodologies, and their application across the product lifecycle.
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including clinical development and regulatory pathways.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex data or evidence solutions with long sales cycles
- Strong negotiation skills with experience closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Ability to communicate credibly with scientific, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience using Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) to develop and manage pipelines.
- Degree educated (advanced degree preferred).
- "Hunter" mindset with a sense of urgency and accountability for results.
- Strong influencing, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable creating client-ready materials using standard MS Office tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Therapeutic area experience in oncology, immunology, neurology, or cardiovascular disease.
- Familiarity with MHRA and NICE perspectives on RWD and RWE.
- Experience with RWD-enabled clinical trial optimisation solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
