Senior SailPoint IIQ Consultant

We are currently seeking experiencedSailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Consultants to join our growing consulting team. This role is based in the UK, with a primary office location in Chester, supporting the delivery of SailPoint solutions for our enterprise clients, and requires a willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs aSailPoint IIQ Consultant at CyberIAM, you will:
- Install, integrate, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions within client environments
- Communicate technical and functional aspects of the product and implementation to clients and partners at an appropriate level
- Lead post-sales requirements gathering, analysis, and technical documentation
- Support clients post-implementation, including user testing, debugging, maintenance, and ongoing support
- Manage project scope, timelines, status updates, and delivery documentation
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to IP development.
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Hands-on experience implementingSailPoint IdentityIQ
- Experience with web technologies, includingXML, SPML / SOAP, HTML, and application/web servers
- Experience installing and configuring software onWindows and Unix/Linux platforms (e.g. Linux, Sun, HP, AIX)
- Proven experience withJoiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes
- Experience working with databases such asOracle, Sybase, MSSQL, or MySQL
- Experience with directory services, includingLDAP and Active Directory
- Familiarity withRole-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Experience working with enterprise systems such asSAP, PeopleSoft, RACF, or Exchange (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients and partners
- Experience supporting project activities, including planning, scope, schedules, and documentation
- Professional experience - 3+ years within an enterprise software company or systems integrator
- SailPoint expertise - 2+ years implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ in production environments
- IAM & PAM exposure - experience with other market-leading IAM solutions, such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, etc., would be advantageous
- Consulting mindset - confident working in client-facing environments, able to work independently with minimal supervision, effectively plan and prioritise tasks, and actively contribute as a team player to achieve shared goals.
